Store Credit Policy:

Eligibility: Store credit will be provided for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong product was sent.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Store Credit Issuance: Once your claim is approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase amount, excluding shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used skincare products.
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any shipping fees for future orders using store credit.
